I would love you to contribute to all steps, but it is not compulsory. If you aren’t able to contribute to many steps, please prioritise Step 2.

Step 1 – Your thoughts

I’m going to be asking you to reflect on your experiences in this period of isolation and physical distancing. As I said in the video, only ever share information that you are comfortable publicly sharing. Please do not feel any pressure to share things about yourself and your life that you do not want to.

What to do

• Download the worksheet and fill it in (hand-written or digital is fine)

  • Answer the questions

  • Answer in full sentences

  • Only give information you’re comfortable sharing publicly

• Record yourself reading your answers

  • Rewatch the Tips for Recording Video

  • Use your phone to make a clear recording of yourself reading your answers

• Upload your recording to the shared folder, labelled with your name and “Step 1”

Step 3 - Singing (Drones)

Step 4 - Wishes

What to do

• Think of a person in the choir (they will remain unnamed).

• Write down something you wish for them, by completing the phrase Until we gather again, I wish you ___________.

• Repeat this process five times

• Record yourself speaking these wishes with lots of life and love in your voice. You do not need to film yourself speaking these wishes, only record your voice

• OPTIONAL: Footage

  • Film your hand writing out these wishes on paper

  • Film things that relate to the content you’ve spoken about

• Uploade the footage/recording to the shared folder
